Fees
Parents are invoiced monthly in advance and payment is required within seven working days.
Every booked session must be paid for regardless of child attendance. One month’s notice is required if places are to be withdrawn. Once sessions have been booked, changes can be made from the following term, subject to a minimum of four week’s notice unless it is to add additional sessions.
RCS is registered with Ofsted. This means we are subject to regular inspections to ensure that the education we provide and the practice we follow are to a required standard. Please contact us to discuss availability.

Butterflies bookings will be taken as either a 38-week or 50-week booking, Caterpillars as a 50-week booking only. If you would like to change your booking from 38 to 50 weeks or vice versa, please confirm this by the end of April for the following academic year, as per the fees and admissions policy.
Funded hours can be accessed from the first full term after your child is 9 months, 2 years or 3 years old (subject to eligibility criteria, please visit Homepage | Best Start in Life for further information).
You may access funded hours across any 9am-3pm session, up to 15 or 30 hours per week, subject to availability.
The funding can be taken over 38 weeks or stretched over 50 weeks; all private hours will be chargeable. We accept Tax Free Childcare as full or part-payment of fees. Details can be found on the Best Start in Life – Best Start in Life website.
Any sessions accessed in addition to a regular booking will be charged at the ad hoc rate.
