The Nursery is a self-contained unit, although there are some appropriate levels of integration during periods of play and children’s relaxation that lead towards a successful transition to Pre-School.

The Nursery offers play, development, care and rest in a calm, relaxed, safe and secure atmosphere. Qualified staff provide individual attention enabling strong bonds between babies and care staff.

With an emphasis on fun and interactive play, we provide a background based on The Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). The EYFS relates to the child development between the ages of 0-60 months.

It comprises of 3 prime areas:

• Personal, Social and Emotional
• Physical Development
• Communication and Language

And 4 specific areas:

• Literacy
• Mathematics
• Understanding the World
• Expressive Arts and Design
